For nearly eight years, I've built my career around something I genuinely love: creating experiences that bring people together and leave a lasting impression. My background spans luxury hospitality, large-scale corporate events, Disney weddings and events, grand openings, intimate celebrations, and so much more.

No two events have ever looked the same, and that variety has shaped me into a planner who can think creatively, adapt quickly, anticipate the details, and make things happen.

I created Trinity Nielsen Events to build a space where creativity, personality, and personalization come first. I believe the best events should feel like the people behind them. I want to know your story, the little things you love, the traditions that matter, and what you want your guests to feel. Coming from a diverse family has given me an even greater appreciation for the different cultures, traditions, personalities, and family dynamics that make every celebration unique.

There is no one right way to celebrate, and I think that is what makes events so special.

Beyond being a planner, I'm a daughter, a big sister, and a best friend. Those relationships have shaped how I care for people, and I bring that same genuine love, loyalty, and dedication to every client I work with. I want you to feel like you have someone in your corner who is just as invested in your celebration as you are.

As your planner, I'll celebrate your ideas, give you honest advice because I genuinely want what's best for you, advocate for your vision, and find solutions when plans change. I'm not here to simply tell you what you want to hear. I'm here to guide you, support you, and handle the details so you can actually enjoy the experience. There is no such thing as a crazy idea here. “Okay, hear me out…” might just be my favorite way for a conversation to start.
