Meet Trinity

For nearly eight years, I’ve built my career around something I genuinely love: creating experiences that bring people together and leave a lasting impression. My background spans luxury hospitality, large-scale corporate events, experiences at ACL Live, Disney weddings and events, grand openings, intimate celebrations, and so much more. No two events have ever looked the same, and that variety has shaped me into a planner who can think creatively, adapt quickly, anticipate the details, and make things happen.

I created Trinity Nielsen Events to build a space where creativity, personality, and personalization come first. I believe the best events should feel like the people behind them. I want to know your story, the little things you love, the traditions that matter, and what you want your guests to feel. Coming from a diverse family has given me an even greater appreciation for the different cultures, traditions, personalities, and family dynamics that make every celebration unique. There is no one right way to celebrate, and I think that is what makes events so special.

As your planner, I’ll be honest with you, advocate for your vision, find solutions when plans change, and handle the details so you can actually enjoy the experience. There is no such thing as a crazy idea here. “Okay, hear me out…” might just be my favorite way for a conversation to start.

To me, luxury is not just about how an event looks. It is about how you feel throughout the entire experience. I want you to feel completely taken care of while we create something intentional, memorable, and unmistakably yours.

Trinity Nielsen Events is the legacy I’m building, and every person who trusts me with their story becomes part of it. My goal is not simply to create a beautiful event. It is to create an experience that feels like you, memories you can be fully present for, and a story worth telling long after the last guest leaves.

The Client Experience

Trinity absolutely surpassed our expectations for wedding planning! She created an environment that made the entire process feel genuinely stress-free. I was making changes right up until the final moments, and she handled every single request with so much patience and grace. Trinity was truly on the roller coaster ride of life with us, and instead of screaming or running for the hills, she threw her hands up and enjoyed the ride right alongside us! That kind of support meant more than she probably realizes.

We brought in Trinity Nielsen Events for our store’s grand opening even though we were convinced we didn’t need an event planner. She proved us wrong immediately.

Trinity took a stressful, chaotic day with a lot of big personalities and made it feel controlled and easy. She kept everything moving, solved problems before we even noticed them, and made the whole event run smoother than we thought possible. Let’s just say she prevented multiple menty-b’s on my end.

Trinity is AMAZING!!! Truly I could not recommend her enough. She worked SO HARD with and for me to make our wedding day a dream. Not only does Trinity have the skill set to plan a SEAMLESS wedding day but she is the girl’s girl you need to keep you sane during the wedding planning process.

Trinity has such an eye for detail and with her experience had the ability to execute wedding details I only dreamed of!!!! Come wedding day I didn’t have to think of ANYTHING or worry in the slightest because I trusted that girl with my life.
